Written – or Examined – an Excellent PhD Dissertation? Send it to us!

The European International Studies Association (EISA) seeks nominations for its annual Best Dissertation Award. The award recognizes outstanding work by young scholars in the field of International Relations and is awarded to doctoral dissertations that make a highly original and significant contribution to scholarship.

The winner will receive a year’s free EISA membership and free registration for the EISA Annual Conference in Athens, September 2022, where the award will be presented. They will also have the option to publish the dissertation in the EISA’s book series.

The dissertation must be written in English and have been successfully defended in the calendar year 2021. For information about the nomination process and a list of previous winners please visit the EISA website.
