RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP

Are you wondering when your membership will expire? No problem, you can have a look at your member account while you are logged in My EISA. In the case your membership has been expired, its renewal is a matter of few minutes!

 

Here is a guide to renew your membership.

  1. Log in to the My EISA
  2. Click on the button “Buy Membership”
  3. Continue with the button “Renew Membership”
  4. Fill in or edit the Online Membership Form
  5. Finalize the renewal by paying the membership fee

 

1. Log in to the My EISA

 

First step to renew your membership is to log in to you member account My EISA, where you will have an overview of your membership information. Here, you can edit your information any time.

 

2. Click on the button “Buy Membership”

 

If your membership has been expired, the pop-up window will show up with two option – Buy Membership or Close. Please choose “Buy Membership” in order to be re-directed to the Online Membership Form.

 

3. Continue with the button “Renew Membership”

 

Once you are automatically redirected to the Online Membership Form, you can start editing you member details or skip this step. Followingly, you will be asked to choose your membership category (based on the country you work in) and a subscription type (or in other words a duration of your membership).

 

4. Finalize the renewal by paying the membership fee

 

The final step is to pay your membership. There are two methods of paying your membership: you can do it by online Credit Card or via a bank transfer. In the case you would prefer a second method, please keep in mind that international bank transfers take a few days to reach our end. Kindly note that your membership is not valid until fully paid.

 

**In the case of any difficulties of inconveniences, please do not hesitate to contact the EISA Office.

** The final invoice will be provided to members only upon request, the EISA Office will not send this document automatically. Please contact us to ask for your receipt.

** Membership fees are sent to our bank account based in the Czech Republic, which can create some problems during your online payment (not finalizing the process). In that case, please try to change your settings in your Internet banking or contact us to assist you on this matter.
