Internet Access
Eduroam
Through the eduroam (education roaming) interconnected network, students and staff of participating academic institutions can access the Internet via WLAN during a guest stay at the sites of all participating organizations.
For guests of participating eduroam-affiliated institutions the account of the participating affiliated institution with the corresponding password is used. Users must contact their academic institution to find out whether their username (account) is activated for the use of the eduroam network.
Public Wi-Fi
Public Wi-Fi will be available in the venue.
Registration
Opening Hours
The Registration desk will be located on the 1st floor of Building 2.
A few days before the conference, all delegates receive an email containing a QR code, which they need to present at the registration desk to collect their badge.
Delegates who have not yet settled the registration fee in full will be asked to pay the amount due.
The registration desk accepts Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard) only.
- Kindly note that the emission of a new badge is charged with an administrative fee of 10 EUR.
Coffee Breaks and Lunches
Coffee Break Locations
Coffee breaks will be served in Building 2 (Floor 1, Floor 2, Floor 3) and Building 3 (Floor 2, Floor 3).
Pre-paid Lunches
Lunches are not included in the registration fee. Participants had the option to pre-order them during registration. Lunches will not be available for purchase on-site.
Pre-paid lunches will be available in Building 1, ground floor. The lunch voucher is printed on the back of participants' badges. Please show it at the entrance to Building 1 to our staff.

Information for Speakers
Presentation Requirements
Each lecture room is equipped with a computer and a data projector. Please ensure you have easy online access to your presentation or save your presentations on a USB stick. Please come to the lecture room early to see if your presentation works properly.
Please ensure your presentation is in a commonly compatible format (PowerPoint / PDF).
The preferred presentation format is a PowerPoint file (*.pptx) with a 16:9 aspect ratio. However, you can also bring a video file, PDF file, or PowerPoint in a 4:3 aspect ratio, or you don’t have to bring a presentation at all.

The conference mobile application is available for download so that you will get instant access to the full programme, and the
latest news before and during the conference.
To download the Event App, please scan the QR code below or use one of the links for iOS or Android.
The app contains floorplans of the conference venues and will help you
navigate to the rooms in the programme.
Other Information
Insurance
The Organizers do not accept liability for personal injury, loss or damage to private property of participants and accompanying persons during or while travelling to the Conference.
Quiet Room
A Quiet Room is a dedicated, comfortable, and silent space that is shielded from public view and can be used by participants for activities such as meeting/call, prayer or mental recharge.
Certificate of Attendance
All registered delegates present on-site are entitled to receive a Certificate of Attendance. The certificate can be downloaded from the Online Services Portal after the Conference.
Childcare Service
Participants who signed up for the childcare service received the detailed information individually a week before the conference.
Cloakroom
The cloakroom is located next to the registration desk. Please note that any luggage or personal belongings must be collected by the end of the conference, as it will not be possible to leave items in the cloakroom after the conference has ended.
