19th Pan-European Conference on International Relations

In 2026, our flagship event will take place in Portugal, at the crossroads of the Atlantic and the Mediterranean, offering a unique vantage point for exploring contemporary international relations. Following the remarkable success of PEC 2025 in Bologna, we will gather in Lisbon's inspiring scholarly environment at the ISCTE-University Institute of Lisbon.

Childcare

In line with our commitment to inclusivity, we offer a complimentary childcare
service to PEC participants.

The service will be available for the duration of the scientific programme
1-4 September 2026 directly at the venue of ISCTE – University Institute of Lisbon.

The applications will open 1 April 2026 within the conference’s registration form.

We will continue to receive daycare applications until 23 June 2026.
