Registration
The participation fee is 280 EUR and applies to each participant.
EISA covers accommodation and half board (breakfast and lunch) plus an opening dinner on the first day of the symposia.
Travel costs and other costs are to be covered by participants.
Please not that all participants must be EISA members. Anyone who is not already a member of the EISA or who needs to renew their membership can do so here.
Panelists are the expected to confirm their participation by paying the registration fee by June 30, 2023.
Please take note of the EISA policy on non-fulfilment of commitments
Each year EISA receives many more applications for places at each of our events than we have places available. We therefore take the commitment to attend and participate in our events seriously. It is EISA policy that anyone who fails to adhere to the registration deadline of any event, before which time you could cancel your participation, will be penalized. Anyone found to be in non-fulfilment of their commitments to EISA will not be allowed to participate in any EISA events for a calendar year. Exemptions to this on medical or other exceptional grounds will be considered but please note that withdrawals past the deadline due to lack of funding or other professional or personal commitments are not considered sufficient reasons for partial refunds or for exemption from non-fulfilment of commitment penalties.
