The EISA offers Mobility Grants to participants at the PEC and EWIS conferences in the form of financial support that can be used to cover travel expenses, accommodation and event registration.

• For PEC, EISA awards mobility grants of €600 each.
• To support attendance at EWIS, EISA awards mobility grants of €500.

How to Apply

Applications for mobility grant are submitted at the same time as abstract submission for PEC and EWIS. The mobility fund form is available in the abstract submission portal of PEC / EWIS.

The application will consist of:

1. Online application form and statement of financial need
2. An institutional letter detailing all available funds and the need for additional funding.

Distribution of Funds

The grants committee will prioritise the following categories:

• Doctoral researchers and early career scholars (defined as five years since PhD completion)
• Applicants who participated in and/or organised panels/roundtables/sections at previous PEC and EWIS events.

The EISA’s disbursement policy is that mobility fund recipients will receive their grants after their participation at PEC/EWIS.
