ISA 2021: Call for Papers

Dear EISA members,

 

This is a call for our members planning to participate in the 62nd Annual Convention of the International Studies Association (ISA) taking place in Las Vegas, Nevada, 7-10 April 2021. The EISA is able to sponsor up to four panels/roundtables at the conference.

 

The 2021 ISA conference theme is “Globalization, Regionalism and Nationalism: Contending Forces in World Politics.” The call may be found here: https://www.isanet.org/Conferences/Las-Vegas-2021/Call.

EISA members wishing to be considered are invited to send a complete panel or roundtable proposal following the below guidelines to info@eisa-net.org by Monday 1 June 2020 at 12noon GMT. Please note all participants on the proposal will need an ISAnet account at the time of submission.

 

Panels must have a title, abstract and tag words as well as 5 papers (complete with title, tags, abstract and authors) and at least 1 chair/discussant. Titles need to be less than 50 words and abstracts need to be less than 200 words. Papers submitted on panels should not be submitted a second time independently of the panel

 

Roundtables are similar to panels but participants do not present papers. At least 1 chair and 5 participants are needed to submit a roundtable, along with title, tags and abstract. Titles need to be less than 50 words and abstracts need to be less than 200 words.

 

Please keep in mind that the ISA encourages diversity in the formation of panel(s) and/or roundtable(s).
