EISA hosted sessions at BISA Annual Conference 2023: Call for Proposals

EISA is hosting two sessions at the British International Studies Association 2023 conference, which will be held in person from 21–23 June 2023 in Glasgow, UK. Find out more about the conference here.

BISA will reserve two slots for EISA members to submit panels or roundtables in line with the conference theme. Those selected to take part must be both BISA and EISA members and will be offered a 20% discount on the conference registration fees.

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

To submit a panel or roundtable to the conference, please send us the following:

• A brief panel/roundtable description of no more than 200 words.
• For panels there should be either five abstracts or four abstracts and a discussant. For each abstract please can you provide the details (name and institution) of at least one author and one speaker. The author and the speaker can be the same person. Please keep abstracts between 150 and 200 words.
• For roundtables, please provide the name and institution of all those taking part indicating who will be chairing the session. Roundtables should include a chair and a maximum of 4-5 participants.

Please be aware that we will not be accepting ‘manels’ and encourage diversity in all panels and roundtables.
